FISAS is based and acknowledges a particular method of teaching and practice, the Sinclair Method, developed by its creator in nearly twenty-fiveyears of research.

This is a system oriented to the knowledge of the Scherma as a complete Martial Art, which applies as much as possible real principles, methods and techniques of traditional systems, but always stimulating the practitioner to develop their own personal characteristics in a profound way of understanding themselves.
